Customers submit their situation through a quiz and written text submission of up to 4,000 characters. Soren Devani reviews the information provided and creates a personalised interpretive reading based on energetic diagnosis, emotional pattern recognition, spiritual perspective, and personal interpretation.

Products may include:

Your Situation, Decoded
A personalised written reading that interprets what was happening beneath the surface of your relationship, breakup, situationship, emotional connection, or love-loss experience.

Your Situation, Decoded + Personalized Ritual
A personalised written reading plus a ritual guide, affirmations, morning and evening practices, hard-moment protocol, and personalised audio loop.

All products are digital. No physical product will be shipped.

2. Personal Interpretation Only

All readings, rituals, affirmations, audio loops, written materials, and related communications are based on personal interpretation, spiritual perspective, emotional pattern recognition, and intuitive analysis.

You understand and agree that The Heart Decoder is not a factual investigation, not a guarantee of another person's thoughts or feelings, and not a substitute for your own judgment.

Soren Devani's reading reflects her personal interpretation of the information you provide and the energetic, emotional, and spiritual patterns she perceives.

3. Not Therapy, Medical Advice, Legal Advice, or Crisis Support

The Heart Decoder does not provide therapy, psychotherapy, psychiatric treatment, mental health diagnosis, medical advice, legal advice, financial advice, professional relationship counseling, or crisis support.

Soren Devani is not acting as your therapist, doctor, psychologist, psychiatrist, attorney, financial advisor, or licensed healthcare provider.

You are solely responsible for your choices, actions, interpretations, relationships, emotional wellbeing, and decisions after receiving a reading.

4. No Guarantees

The Heart Decoder does not guarantee any specific result, outcome, emotional response, relationship outcome, or future event.

We do not guarantee:

• That someone will come back
• That a relationship will be repaired
• That a breakup or situationship will resolve in your desired way
• That you will detach immediately
• That your emotional state will change in a specific way
• That the reading will match your expectations
• That the interpretation will be objectively true, provable, or verifiable

5. Customer Responsibility

By purchasing or submitting a situation, you agree that:

• You are voluntarily submitting your situation
• You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of what you submit
• You will not rely on the reading as professional advice
• You will use your own judgment before making decisions
• You are responsible for your own emotional processing and actions
• You will not use the reading to harass, manipulate, threaten, stalk, pressure, or harm another person
• You will not submit false, unlawful, abusive, or invasive information
• You will not submit private information about another person unless you have the right to share it

6. AI Use Disclosure

Soren Devani creates the reading based on the customer's written submission, personal interpretation, energetic reading, emotional pattern recognition, and spiritual perspective.

AI tools may be used only for limited refining purposes, including formatting, editing, wording support, organization, or clarity. The original interpretation is created by Soren and is not a generic automated reading.

By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree that limited technology tools may be used to support the creation, refinement, formatting, or delivery of the final digital product.

7. No Refund Policy

All purchases are final.

Due to the personalised, digital, time-sensitive, and interpretive nature of the service, we do not offer refunds, cancellations, exchanges, credits, or chargeback reimbursement once an order is placed.

There are no refund exceptions.

This includes, but is not limited to, situations where:

• You change your mind
• You no longer want the reading
• You disagree with the interpretation
• You expected a different answer
• You do not like the tone, message, or conclusion of the reading
• You believe the reading did not resonate
• Your situation changes after purchase
• You purchased the wrong product

• You do not use the reading, ritual, affirmations, or audio materials
• You expected a guaranteed outcome
• You expected therapy, counseling, or professional advice
• You submitted incomplete or unclear information
• You do not receive the emotional response you hoped for

By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree that you are buying a personalised digital interpretive service and that all sales are final and non-refundable.

8. Delivery Timeline

Readings are generally delivered within the stated delivery window, usually 2–4 hours, unless otherwise stated on the website or checkout page.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Delivery may be affected by order volume, technical issues, email delays, incomplete submissions, incorrect email addresses, website issues, payment delays, or circumstances outside our control.

If you provide an incorrect email address or incomplete submission, delivery may be delayed. You are responsible for ensuring your contact information and submission are accurate.

9. Digital Product Access

Readings and related materials are delivered digitally by email, through the website, or through another digital delivery method.

You are responsible for checking your inbox, spam folder, promotions folder, junk folder, and any other relevant email folder.

No physical product will be shipped.

10. Payment

Payments are processed through Stripe.

By purchasing, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

You agree to provide accurate billing and contact information.

11. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

By purchasing, you agree not to file a false, misleading, or improper chargeback after receiving access to the personalised digital service.

If you initiate a chargeback, dispute, or payment reversal, we may provide Stripe, the payment processor, bank, or relevant dispute platform with evidence related to your purchase, including:

12. Intellectual Property
